WIRE MESH MANUFACTURING
Protective Wire Mesh Industries have significant capabilities in the production of welded wire mesh (also known as weldmesh, welded mesh, steelmesh and Mesh Plus).
Three state of the art IDEAL mesh welding machines at our Somersby facility give PWMI the ability to manufacture a wide range of sheet sizes and apertures in different wire diameters and finishes.
All machines are capable of welding bright, standard galvanised, heavily galvanised, Galfan, and stainless steel wire and are designed for quick change over allowing for greater flexibility in producing custom sizes.
All mesh is manufactured from pre cut and straightened wire which ensures a higher degree of sheet accuracy in squareness, size tolerance and flatness.

Protective have extensive capabilities in the fabrication of welded wire mesh panels, rolls and cage mesh screens for many different applications.
Whether it is simply folding or bending mesh to any shape or complex steel section frames with mesh or palisade infills, Protective have the equipment and resources to fabricate your requirements.
