The new system went live on 23rd May 2022, and we are confident that it will bring improved efficiencies and greater transparency across all areas of the business.
The ERP system has been designed to streamline our operations and enable us to better serve our customers. It will allow us to track inventory levels in real-time, automatically generate purchase orders, and manage customer data more effectively.
After an extensive evaluation process, we’ve selected this new system for its improved intuitive scheduling and focus on manufacturers like us who specialise in both ‘standard’ and ‘custom’ manufactured products.
We believe that this system will help us to better meet the needs of our customers and continue to provide the high level of quality and service that they have come to expect from us.
Our new ERP system will bring improved responsiveness to our customers, suppliers, and partners alike, and enable us to work efficiently to further improve our service levels.
These new automated business systems support our strategic growth plans and Protective’s commitment to delivering excellence for our customers, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers, and our new ERP system will allow us to do just that.
While most of the changes will be transparent to our customers, the new ERP upgrade will improve order processing and shipping logistics.
Our goal is to make the ordering process more streamlined and efficient for our customers with faster turnaround times that will lead to improved customer satisfaction.
In addition, the new system will allow us to better track our inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
This will help maintain stock levels and reduce the need for backorders, and ensure that we always have the products our customers need in stock.
Order confirmations can be expected to arrive faster, and shipping confirmations will include more detailed tracking information.
With significant improvements to our sales and delivery experience our new system is more efficient and with the latest training our staff are able to provide a seamless end-to-end experience.
