DESCRIPTION

Profence manufactures custom welded mesh in Australia for fabricators, contractors, engineers, infrastructure authorities, architects, government and defence projects. We produce one-off prototypes through to repeat production runs, with setup costs amortised across higher quantities.

Our general steel mesh capability extends to panels up to 6000 × 3000mm. We can cut, fold, bend, rake and frame mesh for fences, car-park barriers, stairwell screens, anti-climb systems, cages, machine guarding, transport infrastructure and architectural applications.

Custom stainless mesh—made in Australia

No other Australian manufacturer produces stainless steel welded mesh. Our specialist stainless-capable welding line manufactures Grade 304 and 316 panels up to 3010 × 4400mm, subject to specification, with wire diameters from 3.15–10mm.

Minimum cross-wire spacing is 9mm. Minimum long-wire spacing is 50mm in 5mm increments. Proven apertures include 50 × 50, 75 × 75, 100 × 100 and 50 × 75mm, plus custom stainless 358. All stainless mesh is pickled and passivated.

Typical lead time is from two weeks, subject to specification and production schedule. Material certificates, dimensional checks, weld testing and batch traceability are available.
