HIGH SECURITY FENCING PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR PROTECTING WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT
Water and wastewater facilities can include treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs and service compounds. Fencing should reflect the asset owner’s access and security requirements while allowing the site to operate and be maintained.
Specify by area and purpose
Use the project brief to distinguish outer boundaries, equipment compounds and public-facing areas. PROMAX 358 mesh, PROPALE palisade and Boulevard Security are product options to investigate for security-focused boundaries. Confirm the selected configuration with the asset owner.
Consider the fence, gates, posts and fixings together. Include exposure conditions, cleaning and maintenance access in the brief so the finish and details can be reviewed for the actual location.
Information to provide
- Facility type, site location and asset-owner specification.
- Plans showing fence runs, heights, levels and adjoining structures.
- Gate sizes and access needed for plant, vehicles and maintenance.
- Environmental exposure, finish requirements and existing fence details.
- Required documentation, quantities and delivery stages.
Product selection should follow the nominated design and approval requirements. For related assets, see Power Utility or Local Council.
